2. What do you think the author, Don Aker, is trying to get his readers to realize about Reef?
I think that Don Aker is trying to get his readers to realize that Reef is not only an angry and mean teenage, but also a scared boy who has trouble opening to others about his problems. If he is too nice and opening, he thinks that people can wlk all over him. He always wants to use his roughness in any situation so cover up the soft side of him. he really isn;t that bad of a guy.
